Fourth Amendment
The right of the inhabitants that their persons, homes, papers, and effects be safe from arbitrary searches and seizures, shall be inviolable, and no warrants shall be issued that are not supported by plausible reason, are corroborated by oath or protest. and describe in particular the place to be searched and the persons or things to be detained or seized.
Rights Contained in Fourth Amendment:

Right that your person be free from unjustified detentions and arrests and physical aggression

Right that your house is free of inspections and unjustified interference

Right that your documents are free of unwarranted reviews

Right to have any legal action approved by a judge or court
