Current Driver's License Policy
Currently, the state of Pennsylvania only allows driver’s licenses to those that have permanent or temporary immigration status. MILPA has been advocating for state legislature to pass a bill that will allow undocumented Pennsylvanians a driver’s license.

If you have any of these immigration statuses you are eligible to to apply for a driver’s license and or PA state identification:
